Round 2 all schools are not listed?

I am trying to apply to round 2 but don't see all of the schools listed. Do they limit it to schools with reasonable wait lists?

Stupid question but are you applying to schools you already applied for in round 1?

You can apply to all schools in round 2. Are you trying to apply for your current school, your IB school for K+, or for schools you already applied to in round 1? Those are the only ones that should not show up.
