I had my TSH and T4 checked (by PCP) in Dec. 2014. My TSH was 1.39 and my T4 0.9.
I just had it checked again (May 2015 by RE-Dr. Sarhan at CFA) and my TSH is 2.34 and my T4 is 1.02. She says it's within normal limits, although I've told her my other symptoms of subclinical hypothyroidism. I'd really like to get my TSH lower as I've been trying to conceive for a while (I'm also 40 yrs. old). The dr. doesn't seem interested in writing me a RX. Any suggestions on doctors who are in the camp of TSH around 1 is better for conceiving? TIA |

OP here....dr. said she would prescribe low dose for me.
Anyone else who lowered their TSH and got pregnant? |
