Does anybody belong to Gilt Groepe?

| If so, does it live up to the hype? I know it is supposed to be mostly sample sales, but I don't know what size those typically run (or if they run across an array of sizes). Is it really all designers and is it really incredible buys? |

It is really good. Cant retrun stuff for refund (in some cases for credit i think) so i havent had the nerve to buy anything adult.
But i have bought several once-expensive brand-name hipster kid outfits. So cute and about 70% off. Great Marc by Marc Jacobs and Vera Wang's non-couture lines... |

| I think I was the OP of this. I now belong and have bought several things for myself and the kids. You do only get a credit for returns, but the shipping has been speedy and I have never had a problem with an order or a return. I also think you can just sign up to join and don't need an invite. |

| I use Gilt alot. It does not sell sample sizes - it is unsold and overstocked merchandise. You will get the most out of it if you tend to know upscale brands and know how they fit. Most of the designers they sell (but not all) are smaller, upscale and exclusive lines generally sold in top stores and boutiques. |

Totally. They have tons of accessories as well. I bought a Kate Spade bag from there for over half off and I recently picked up a SkipHop diaper bag as well for over half off. In addition to Gilt Group, I belong to Hautelook.com and BeyondTheRack.com. |

I just got an UppaBaby G-luxe for 100$ (vs. 160 online). I also bought a beautiful set of cutlery and a heavily discounted make-up and moisturizers (from fru fru brands).
I got shoes once that I had to return and a dress too and they paid for the return shipping, but won't give you a refund just credit. |
