2015 DC Design House - anyone been? Worth the $30 admission?

I drove by the DC Design House today in McLean on my way to work, and saw that it is open until May 10th. Anyone been to this year's house? Is it worth seeing?

I'm interested in design and watch tons of HGTV but am not likely to buy anything to the scale that is shown in the house.
