Gynecologist recommendation in Montgomery County?

I am looking for a gyn in Mont. Co.

Does anyone have a recommendation for someone fabulous? Smart, listens, knowledgeable, gentle, etc.

I don't need an OB, and I prefere Silver Spring, Chevy Chase, Bethesda, areas.

I love Jaqueline Apgar with Capital Women's Care. She has office hours in N. Bethesda and Rockville.

Dr. Ein with Capital Women's Care. He is located at Holy Cross Hospital. All the doctors with that practice are great. The office staff is very friendly too.

I posted above that I love my OB, but as a regular gynecologist I use Susan Jaffee at Physicians Associates in Rockville.

Mary Delaney in Chevy Chase. 301-652-7623. She takes time to talk with you and really listens to concerns and will order tests to check out ideas and eliminate concerns.

I called the Ein group and got an appointment with Michele Klein (first available). Then I read negative reviews about her on ratemds and other sites and I am concerned. If anyone who sees that group has had experience with her I'd appreciate feedback. I prefer not to wait as I have a pressing concern, but I also don't want to see someone who is unpleasant or not as good as other doctors in that group.

I like Dr. Klein -- we really got along. I saw her as an OB, and she understands the pressure of working at a high-stress job (I am an attorney) while pregnant. She was gentle when she examined me (and has small hands, which is important to me in picking a GYN). She also was wearing fabulous shoes at at least 1 appointment that I remember...another reason I liked her, but not relevant to her skills! I wouldn't let 1 bad review make the difference in who you pick. I do see all of the drs in this practice, b/c I like to take the 1st available appointment no matter who the dr is, and they are all good in my opinion -- the young nurse-midwife is great (name escapes me). best of luck!

I saw Dr. Klein at several of my OB appts. I liked her as well. I liked that she was patient with all of my questions and totally non-alarmist (I had a twin pregnancy.) She didn't end up delivering the babies - but I would have been okay if she had.

I saw all of the docs in that practice during my pregnancy and had no issues with any of them. I also found the office staff to be helpful and kind.

Dr. Anders Apgar @ Capital Women's Care in Rockville - i see him for GYN and he's doing my surgery next month. He is great
