I just finished watching The Walking Dead through the end of season 4 on Netflix. They don't have season 5. I looked on Fios on Demand and I think they only have one episode. I don't really understand On Demand. Can someone explain this to me? Why wouldn't they keep all the episodes for season 5 up? I hate to wait until next fall when Netflix finally gets it. Any suggestions on where I can find it?

You can use your cable subscription to watch episodes on AMC.com... but I am not sure if you still have access to the whole season!

sorry OP, it looks like they have already taken them down...
You can buy them on iTunes
OP here, thanks for the suggestions. Not interested in purchasing them, but thanks for the idea. Any other thoughts?
Before next season starts they will replay everything. They may replay it before the new series this summer too.

Series are only allowed to remain in the on-demand library for as long as the network contract states. If they can sell DVDs of the series for season 5, or single episodes, why would they keep it in the on-demand library? This is a major source of contention among cable operators and networks. That and the inclusion of commercials in on-demand content, FF capabilities and more.
FYI, I just saw Season 5 on Amazon for digital download. If you really want to watch it. http://www.amazon.com/Conquer/dp/B00NI1VFYI/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1430520475&sr=8-1&keywords=the+walking+dead |
