alert bracelets/ necklaces for elderly parent living alone

Any recommendations? I am looking for something for my mother, she lives in another state. My father recently passed away so we need something to protect her in case of a fall etc. I am looking for something that she could wear, ideally it would be a bracelet or a necklace and not be big and bulky. I looked online but I was hoping someone else had some insight or suggestions for new products. I know my mom will not like those big necklace alerts!!! I was hoping there was something more jewelry like.

My grandmother has LifeLine. I forget the exact name of it, but it's the one that can detect a fall. Anyways, she recently fell down 5 stairs and they were able to detect her fall (I guess based off the sensor on what she wore around her neck). They first tried to reach her and when she didn't answer, they called for emergency services. They then called my mom who was the emergency contact to let them know of the situation. Very lucky. She was knocked unconscious from the fall and was just coming to when paramedics arrived. Bruised hip and broken ankle but could have been so much worse. Very, very pleased with LifeLine. We all hate to think what would have happened had she not been able to get help

My dad has been talking about getting one with a plan that they sell at Walmart - I think it might be Lifeline.
