What is your most embarassing incontinence story??? Mine was at aged about 11 or 12 on a school camping trip, I was too embarrassed to wear my diaper at night and soaked a sleeping bag, and then had to admit it as I had nowhere else to sleep the next night!

For the first year after Ds was born I had stress incontinence if I jumped or coughed too hard. I was out to a fancy dinner with Dh when some food went down the wrong way and I went into a coughing Fit. I pretty much ran to the bathroom trying to keep my bladder from releasing fully. I had already wet my underwear and spanx. I got to the bathroom almost in time but did Have a noticeable spot on the back of my dress. There was an older woman there who saw me and who saw the tears in my eyes and said "new mom? I've been there" and tried to help me wash it out and dry it with the hand dryer I had never told dh about the in continent thing and on the way home he couldn't figure out what smelled like pee. Thankfully he was very sweet as I sobbed about how I peed myself

I think it's the plastic pants lady again. She is trying to convince herself, much like manufacturers try to convince the public that wearing Tena, Depends and the like are normal. Incontinence is not normal. You need to see a urologist.
