Infertility Support and Discussion
| Who is the best doctor at Shady Grove? I am sure they are all good but want the best. I am willing to travel to any location. |
| Dr Levy worked miracles for me |

I think Dr. Osheroff at the Columbia office walks on water. He is very smart and incredibly kind. I've referred 4 other couples and the opinion is unanimous.

I'm at SG, and I wonder if there really is that much of a difference in docs in terms of getting a diagnosis and your protocol. (Bedside manner obviously differs.)
I'm not saying that I think that SG uses the same protocols for everyone without thought - I really do not believe that to be true. But it seems that the protocols they do use are based on their own studies of what has worked on their patient population, which means what works with their particular lab environment and the protocols they select. Plus, every patient is discussed by more than one doc, and on weekends whoever on call weights in, so it is a bit of a group effort. |
Agree, the Dr.'s basically work as a team |

I love Dr. Greenhouse, I also delibrately chose Shady Grove b/c decisions were made by a team of doctors. I didn't want my care left up to one doctor, if he ever had an "off" day, I knew decisions would be reviewed by the entire team to ensure excellent care.
