So, my DD got a kindergarten placement! CMIT was actually my top choice school...I believe there was an expansion in the kindergarten classes from only two to now four. I was told by the registrar that they are still in the process of hiring new teachers... I really hope they're great! Anyone else newly placed at CMIT Elementary? What are you doing for transportation if not in thr area? I heard families come from Ft. Washington, and further..

Yes, we just registered on Friday. Still not sure what we are going to do about transportation.

There are transportation services available. The Student Shuttle, Bowie Shuttle and others. They pick up from certain stops. There is also door-to-door service. They may even drop off at an aftercare.

I drop my boys off at 7:30 and they go to aftercare.
