I have not really thought about how to decorate our house. Now that I'm getting the clutter under control, I'm noticing the decorating I have done doesn't look very good. There isn't really a theme, and I've just hung up various items I've been given. The picture holes that were already in the walls are too high and I haven't bothered to make better holes. So what I have hung on the walls still looks bad. I don't really like shopping either and don't want to have to buy much. What can I do that will make the house look somewhat decorated? How do I find a theme I like? Can I have different themes throughout the house or should I stick with one?

Look through magazines and see what catches your eye. You may find that the things that catch your eye are a similar style. You can also try Houzz.com for ideas too.
