Flush Mount Ceiling Lights

I want to replace a few bright brass flush mounts in two of our bedrooms. I'm looking for something around 16 inches in diameter. Here's one possibility, but I'm not sure I really love it. Any suggestions for particular fixtures or places to look? Thanks!

OP, make sure you check out lightingdirect.com. They are part of the build.com family and have some great options. What color are the hinges on your doors?
