Totally damning - https://twitter.com/marty_lederman/status/1187170574562484226?s=20 1/ This merely confirms what was so outrageous: Giuliani wasn't a representative or employee of the United States; his duty of loyalty was 100% to his (personal capacity) client. And yet Trump told Ukraine it had to dance to Rudy's tune-- [cont.] 2/ --a tune *designed to advance Trump's personal interests*--in order to remain in the U.S.'s good graces (e.g., to secure access, aid, etc.). This is the highest of high crimes--using the leverage of his position as chief diplomat to advance his own interests--and ... 3/ ... it's hard to imagine anything more inconsistent w/Trump's constitutional oath & duty and more revealing of his utter unfitness for office. And that'd be true *even if there were no quid pro quo* (but of course there was, which makes it all the worse). |

And this: a mock inditement against Giuliani based ONLY on publicly available information. If not president, Trump would be indicted. Would love a lawyer's take.

Let's take a look at how Hannity is blowing propaganda on the American people:
https://twitter.com/rgoodlaw/status/1187427602744729600 Sept 26 episode of Hannity. First guest: Solomon discusses his report on Shokin affidavit (Firtash disinformation) Hannity: "Here with reaction..." Next guests: DiGenova and Toensing DiGenova: "Unfortunately for [Democrats], John Solomon and the work that he's done..." We now know, DiGenova and Toensing legally represent Firtash and Soloman. No disclaimers. So about the whole 'fake news' thing? |
and more, this piece written by Soloman, but...
https://thehill.com/opinion/white-house/432140-michael-cohens-perjury-problem-witnesses-refute-testimony-about-not “I think the legal jeopardy is clear, the only question is whether the Justice Department thinks it is worth the time,” said Victoria Toensing, a former top official in the Reagan Justice Department and a private legal confidante of the current president. She said there is more evidence today that Cohen’s testimony was false than what was used by special counsel Robert Mueller to secure convictions against former Trump advisers Michael Flynn and George Papadopoulos. Cohen’s denial involves a material fact that goes to whether he is a biased witness against Trump, making a potential lie an even more serious offense. “If you compared this to the Papadopoulos and Flynn charges, this is a slam-dunk that he (Cohen) should be charged again,” Toensing said. Where's the disclaimer? They are playing the American public and specifically, the right wing. People in this forum are constantly parroting this stuff, and it is all manufactured. |

Oh? The White House's trade representative in late August withdrew a recommendation to restore some of Ukraine's trade privileges after John Bolton warned him that Trump probably would oppose any action that benefited the government in Kyiv. |
That’s a whole bunch more witnesses. Meanwhile, two former U.S. Attorneys drafted what an indictment of Giuliani might look like. https://www.justsecurity.org/66705/united-states-of-america-v-rudolph-w-giuliani/ |
Fox needs to be taken off the air. |
Sounds like Rudy could be indicted today.
All the more reason for Barr to announce the fake criminal investigation into the Russia investigation. |

Somehow - SOMEHOW - I don’t think getting Main Justice involved with SDNY is going to spell more trouble for Giuliani. But I will be happy to be proven wrong. |
New: Lev Parnas, recently indicted for foreign influence in U.S. elections, collaborated closely with The Hill’s John Solomon to fuel spurious allegations involving the Bidens and Ukraine.
