Exactly she could tweet pics of mail carriers briefly parking in front of hydrants and tweet pics of hundreds of employees outside dozens of offices downtown smoking within 100 feet of entrances. She could single handedly get thousands of people reprimanded or potentially get them fired.

JFC- that 20 mins ISN’T HER MEAL BREAK. Thats not what the union rep says either. The union rep’s job is to make the worker look like that victim NO MATTER WHAT. Don’t get me wrong, I’m sure metro workers are pushing breaks, but there is no way that’s the meal break.

Some of these people must not be old enough to remember the days when Metro cops would cite and/or arrest people for eating on Metro. Remember the girl arrested for eating fries? In that context, seeing a Metro worker eating and then defensively telling people to mind their own business would have triggered a lot of people. It just represents the lack of care that many Metro employees have for the customers and for the system. If you've lived here a long time, you might just be done with all of that. Plus some of us are rule followers and we're sick of watching the breakers take advantage. How many of us have had to throw out food or drink on the way into the station?
