Certainly would be nice to eliminate possibly two GA teams. Combine the two and I bet you have multiple age groups competing for Nat’l Championships.

We have way too many GA teams now and most them are on the same level as ECRL or worse.

Does anyone know if there are rules in the GA to practice with another GA team for the upcoming 2026-2027 season? ECNL won't let you start practicing with other teams until March. Just seeing if there are similar rules for the GA.

GA is not restricted. ECNL also allows IF a player gets a written permission from a club.

GA has restrictions as well, unfortunately as far as I can tell there isn't any agreed upon tryout dates like there is for local ECNL clubs so I'm sure there is some grey area.

As long as the other Clubs is no GA. Also, there will be a lot of movement, for sure, with the new age rule.

My DD is way too talented and has ECNL and GA clubs offering free spots. We move as we please. We are privileged.

It doesn’t matter much, if you ever watched how any of the female teams play, it’s not soccer. Play looks like it was beaten with the stick.
