I am talking to a lot of Democrats who want Trump to succeed.

Exactly. Most Americans still love our country.

I have the same feeling for those non-Trump voters who voted third-party and those who chose to sit out the election and not vote. Same as voting for Trump's policies

You STILL have no viable presidential candidate. Why?

Democrats have no DINOS.

It's early days and a lot of things can happen.

There’s simply no Democrat who will risk everything to fight for Americans.

So the people who don't agree with you don't love this country?

Given that the original premise of this thread was democrats want him to succeed in hurting the people that voted for him, I’d say they got their wish. There’s a lot more to come too. This is going to be one angry country in a while.

Hopefully sooner than later so other elected officials in DC see the writing on the wall and do something the eff about it.

The oligarchy fleeced the rubes, so make the rubes pay?

How about make the oligarchs pay? How about cancelling Amazon and FaceBook and Instagram and X, and by the way, sell your Tesla!! And stop using PayPal!

That would be a much better way to get back at the people who brought you this disaster.

We lived without Amazon and Instagram before, and we can do it again. All Democrats should get rid of their Teslas, their Amazon Prime and FaceBook accounts, and boycott Whole Foods forever!

What? It's "convenient" to have those things? You "can't" get rid of Amazon because of ....??

I’m a fed employee and just browsed some of the comments on Twitter basically wishing financial ruin on us all, claiming we are a scourge on society, etc. I’ve given 15 years of my life to a job that has a very real impact on the lives of some of this country’s most vulnerable, low income people. Other feds are keeping air travel safe, keeping our food supply safe, etc. And in return we are hated by the people who voted for Trump.

I’m sorry but I can’t have an oz of sympathy for someone who wants me and my family to suffer. They are positively gleeful at the idea of us getting fired and never finding jobs ever again and then … I don’t know, I’m guessing they’d be fine if we all go die in some gutter somewhere.

Trump supporters are some of the nastiest most vile humans that exist right now. I wish them everything that they voted for.

Thing is, our air travel hasn’t been safe for all, and our food supply has been making us the sickest country is the West. RFK (former D) will change that.

Food won’t cure polio, or measles. People were eating homemade from scratch meals the last time those diseases were crippling children, remember? No artificial anything, and kids still died.

Same. We’ve gone so hard left that it looks crazy. The border needed control and some other things I agree with. Just wish it was someone else than Trump because he is not there for the good of this country

What gets me is that people like you don’t understand that the only way the border situation is going to truly change is to get to the source of the problem which is employers- employers who do nothing to confirm the status of their employees because they prefer to hire illegal immigrants and pay them much lower wage for jobs in Americans refuse to do. Until business is held accountable nothing will change! There is no political will to make these changes by business.
