If GP was telling the truth she’d have eye witnesses willing to testify. She doesn’t. It’s not possible for one of them to not have seen it. That’s why they are not testifying so as not to perjure themselves. Her version is implausible and there’s no evidence to support it. Enough said.

I don’t care about GP, I care about the skiing rules applying to all equally. Or the slopes will become a nightmare

300k is nothing. I do believe his injuries and all the fracas is worth it. He’ll get at best 60% of that if his lawyers are working on contingency. He may get taxed.

If she wins he’s ruined and his children won’t inherit either. I think it’s a tragedy in which a rich person shows just how easily steered our judicial system is when money is mismatched.

I don’t hate GP at all. I find her testimony impossible to believe as a skier. I find his more likely from a medical standpoint, and I find the spectacle to be wholly unnecessary and a David v Goliath. It’s distasteful. Like watching a public lashing by a winning party from the ruling class.

She won already and he sued her, she had to defend herself and only requested $1 to make the point. If he's ruined, he can only blame himself.

She was just suppose to hand over her money to this guy? He said she ruined his life.
