Fitness studios in NOVA that have day care

I want to do a strength class not at a gym but need day care. Are there places like this around Ballston?

Why not at a gym? Cause that would solve your problem- I can think of some affordable gyms with great classes and daycare options. Not sure if what you are looking for exists, most stand alone studios that only do classes probably don't have the space/ resources... but I could be wrong.

Paying for classes on a drop-in basis will always be more expensive than getting a membership at a decent gym.
