How to watch TV - post cable questions

So, we cut the cable cord and went to Apple TV. I have a Hulu Plus subscription, am getting HBO go, and we go on and off with Netflix in order to binge some of their original programming a few times a year.

However, is there any consolidated resource to figure out the best way to watch a given show. For example, I really love Episodes on Showtime and Outlander on Starz. Both of those are running new seasons on their respective networks. I'm guessing neither of those networks are available a la carte. However, is there a way to find out if and when they will be released on Amazon, Hulu, Itunes or through some other channel? It gets especially frustrating because some shows are available on Amazon, but not Prime, for example, but then become available on Hulu. Is there any easy way to do this?
