For locking the thread about AA ministers and gays. If you did not think it was about religion (even though it is) you should have moved it. The topic is indeed uncomfortable,but sometimes the uncomfortable things need to be brought to light in order to better handle them.

I actually don't need an excuse. So, just be happy that I gave a poor one since it is better than none at all. If the discussion had remained reasonable, I'd have left it. But, it doing nothing but giving racists an excuse to bash both blacks and gays.
