Hi, everyone, any LAWYER mom or dad that can help me, I find out that my husband is listening my cell phone conversation the phone is down his name, what can i do is this legal PLEASE, PLEASE help me., I don't know why im not working full time at home but maybe is because hi is 20 year older than me, but who i can defense myself.

A bigger question is why are you so afraid that he might be listening to your conversations. Is he abusive? If that's the case, it's a more significant issue that was to be dealt with.

Well, I think you need to tell him that you know what he's doing and tell him to stop. On a legal level, I'm not sure there's any law against this. It is against the law in many states (including MD) to RECORD phone conversations without informing the person being recorded and without the permission of the parties involved.

Your husband sounds very controlling. Is this how you want to live your life?

I think it is very strange that your husband is listening to your conversations and you should confront him, but why would he do this, does he think you are hiding something worth listening too? Why get a lawyer over this, how about call him out on it.
