OP, thanks very much. This is a very interesting list. For-profits seem to dominate. But I'd be cautious about assuming the validity 100%. Many of the entries seem to be due solely to late submission of audited financials, and some non-profits (and a few for-profits, for that matter) don't use a standard accounting year. A few individual entries might be questioned -- for example, in NY, the Webb Institute is listed. Webb is actually dramatically well-endowed and tiny. And Morris-Brown college in GA is not listed, but had actually entered bankruptcy before this list appears to have been dated.

Most of these are for-profit Pell Grant schools.
