Facial burst capillary trtmnt/age spot removal recommendations

Hello,
I am currently pregnant, but after baby I would like to get my facial burst capillaries taken care of and my age/liver spots (also on face). I am only 36 and have gotten more of them with the pregnancy.
Do any of you have any recommendations in the Gaithersburg MD area, DC or NVA for clinics to take care of this? There are so many "spas" out there and I'd love to go to a place that is recommended....or if you know of any sites to check up on places.

Go to a dermatologist, not a "spa.". You don't want someone with minimal training pointing a laser at your face. Richard Castiello in chevy chase is a great dermatologist, if you don't have one. I have some redness around my nose I'm going to get him to laser if I ever get around to it.

Susan Elliot in DC has a great staff. Try obagi for the age spots.

I agree you need to see a derm, but he's not that good for cosmetic work ... he did a few things for me that I had to get redone elsewhere ...
