s/o best place to buy PTA school spirit supplies

I'm looking for the best sources for "school spirit" type stuff-- balloons, stickers, those rubber bracelets, whatever else the kids are into these days. Any recommended vendors?

We love oriental trading company and use it for our kids' birthday parties plus gifts for teachers for teacher appreciation week. You can get rolls of "good job!" stickers and things like that, which hopefully teachers will use in their classrooms.

Oriental Trading or Dollar Store.com.... Check the clearance bins at Target, Walmart and Kmart. We went to Target saw some items for $1.00 and the manager gave us the items for .50 cents each. We got enough for our inventory to give gift bags to over 200 kids for about 3 -years. Great deal.
