| I am accepting a promotion and am expecting a raise along with it, but being realistic about my employer am pretty sure it will be paltry. We basically get small raises every year until salaries even out. I am young for this particular promotion, so am confident that I will be the lowest paid at this rank, but really don't know how to guess what the right amount should be. Thoughts? Obvs employer is not transparent about such things. |
