What to do with kids in Sanibel?

| We're headed to Sanibel for spring break next month, and are curious about things to do with the kids (ages 3 and 5) apart from pool and beach (both of which should last us a while!). Suggestions of fun places to go? |

Ferry or boat to Cayo costa Ding darling wildlife refuge, kayak tours are fun, but kids might be on the young side for that |
