etiquette and manners class

I think my question is slightly different than the other person's, so I will start a new thread.

Are there classes people would suggest for a 8 year old girl on manners? I am looking for something where she can learn the rules, something that might emphasize things from a positive perspective. It's not that there are particular deficiencies to correct (okay, sometimes there are, but not hugely) more I'm just looking for something that might help her generally have a sense of how to act in particular situations.
