| Are chunky frames still in style? Or did they go the way of the Do-Do (or the skinny jean)? |
| Check out Warby Parker - you can get one of their free kits to try on some glasses you like. $95 for frames and lenses. |
Yes. I've been wearing Warby Parkers for a few years now and love them. I'm a big fan of plastic frames, and I can replace them more often because they're so reasonably priced. THey also do prescription sunglasses for $150, which changed my life. |

Another vote for Warby Parker. I have been getting a pair every year for the last 5 years. Love them!
Last time I ordered, I tried the virtual try-on first to narrow down my choices and ordered 5 pairs of try-on frames. I did have to visit a local optical shop to have the legs adjusted. Otherwise, I've been very happy with Warby Parker. |
| Bobbi Brown Eyeglasses! i have been wearing glasses since I was four and this is the first pair that I am in love with. People have been saying how pretty I am, have I lost weight (ha! I wish), etc. Plus, I didn want to wait to try the Warby Parker frames, my second interest, on at home, and I don't get new frames every year and my prescription would make the glasses way more than $95. |
