camp for 4 yo- Columbia Heights- with parent?

We're looking for a camp for our 4-yo (and possibly almost 2- yo) in the Columbia Heights area, preferably one that allows one or both parents to accompany children. Any ideas?

On a separate note, we will be spending sabbatical summer in DC and any ideas of fun activities for kids and parents are welcomed!
