It looks like the old Admissions Director is returning after two years away. Maybe it was always Sidwell's intent for Erby to be more of an interim Admissions Director. Who knows.

He got a great new job, assistant head of school I believe, at a prestigious New England prep school.

Erby was never meant to be an interim AD. An opportunity arose concurrent with the former Director wanting to return to the East Coast.
