Capital Technical University, formerly known,until November 2014, as Capital College in Laurel.
Tuition 20K a semester ( yes, I said semester) ...bills itself as a private engineering college. Computer skills, programming, etc. Why would this be a choice over UMD, UMBC for anyone? Why would someone pay that amount over an established state university? Also, how are all these former vocational schools becoming universities so quickly? |
Just a guess, but it would because Capitol College accepted you and UMD and UMBC, both of which are getting very hard to get into, didn't.

who's accrediting them? I'd say the school maybe ran a financial aid package which makes the out of pocket expense seem negligible....Tuition is 20k but you get a 12k scholarship and grants and loans for the difference. |
