book i saw once in a library

| About five years ago, I was in a library and skimmed this book but can't for the life of me find it again. One of the main characters was named Anya. The cover was black and had smoke, it was a young adult book. I think the main character had a brother-Teddy, maybe?-who dies in a car crash, but her sister, who's maybe Anya, is very young and has some terrible illness. The main girl, who's a teenager, always has to take care of Anya as the parents are occupied with Teddy. Anyway, I know that's very vague, but let me know! |
