best 30 yr fixed rates for $400k loan?

Maybe I should post on boggleheads but what lenders tend to have the best rates for 30 year fixed? $400k loan, so conforming. Putting more than 20% down, house purchase, credit score over 800. We expect to live here for over 15 years.
So far Penfed has 3.625 but 1% origination fee, or 3.875% without the 1%. |
