Movies for Moms

I've heard that some movie theaters in the DC area will do a special "showing" for moms with infants in the mornings. Low lighting and you can bring your stroller/baby etc. Does anyone know what theaters participate? Thanks CC

Thursday mornings (10am) at the Cinema DeLux in Fairfax Corner.

They have a coffee cart in the theater so you don't have to go far for snacks.

The bathroom is right outside the theater.

The lighting and volume are adjusted so baby eyes and ears aren't effected.

Changing stations located in front of theater (so you don't have to leave and miss the movie).

Tons of moms nursing, cuddling, changing diapers, etc.

It's fun, but my DD is now 8 months and too squirmy and playful to sit still that long. Now that she is more responsive we found other fun things to do though.
