What's up with crazy cap lock guy starting a ton of crazy threads?

So one crazy CAPs lock person started threads with titles "POST YOUR PK3/PREK4/K/1-6/6-12 LOTTORY PICKS HERE.

Those threads annoyed me, I"ll admit. Too demanding, no content other than the thread title, lottery spelled wrong each time.

It's not a terrible idea to have those threads, just poor execution.

After I said I was reporting them, some OTHER crazed caps lock person starred posting nonsense threads with caps lock. But those threads have made me giggle insanely as I count down the last few minutes of work.

So, to recap - overeager lottOry person
Bitchy you're not following the rules person (me)
Clever CAPS LOCK SILLINESS - someone else

That's my story.
