Recommend your home office space heater

I work from home and my office is in the basement. In the winter, it ranges between 60-65° and I'm always cold.
Please recommend a small safe space heater for me. |

I am 4:57. I paid less than $30 each for my two.
I bought little ones, one of which I put under my desk when I am working from home and nobody else is home. This helps me set the thermostat quiet low but I am toasty. |
