Teen hot-yoga?

My teen daughter wants to do a hot yoga class with her friends in Bethesda. Anyone have suggestions on where? 13+ classes.

I would imagine that "hot" yoga classes would have a lower and possibly upper age limit.

I would encourage her to do a regular yoga class. Being specifically interested in hot yoga makes me think she's trying to lose weight. (It would be water weight.)

You could give core yoga, down dog yoga or extend yoga a call
