| I play cards with some girlfriends about once a month. We all bring snacks and it's usually stuff like cinnamon rolls, brownies, crab dip, etc. I'm hosting tomorrow and would like to mix it up with some healthier stuff. Any suggestions? Must be easy. |

- hummus with crudites
- cut up assorted fruit and put it in waffle cones - add mint if feeling special - greek layer dip (hummus, tzatziki, tomatoes, cucumber, olives, bits of feta) served with pita chips |

Well I think one girl is bringing chips and guac. Another is making cookies and I just put brownies in the oven. :$
We had a 6 pack of ghiradelli brownie mix from Costco and the weather just begged for baking. I may pick up some veggies or fruit tomorrow... |
