The problem is that when you are on chemotherapy, your body can’t heal like it normally does. So yes, plastic surgeons wouldn’t do a facelift on a chemo patient because the incisions literally wouldn’t heal.

But she’s been seen “out and about” in Norfolk for the past few weeks, and then today obviously she was out. Her doctors wouldn’t let her do any of this if her immune system were a problem. So it seems like her immune system is OK.

The body double doesn’t have cancer too, do they?

Look, I'm not sure about the whole plastic surgery idea. Still, your speculation about William loving Kate even more is probably even more shallow and uninformed. I was also sorry to see the three kids all looked pretty miserable today, including Charlotte when Kate stroked her hair, and I don't know what's going on there.

I agree, though she put on a game face quite a bit with the smile. I am relieved to see proof of life of Kate and her beautiful children (though George had already been seen). There was an iciness between her and William and she seemed to use her hat to block him. The kids looked stressed. The scar does not look like it's from plastic surgery and it's not the scar she had from surgery years ago.I hope she is safe and OK.

I really don't trust anything the RF says at this point and the gaslighting is too much. It broke my heart to think of those children without their mother so thank goodness she is alive and seems to be healing. I hope down the line she uses any cancer experience to bring awareness and perhaps raise money for research.

I mean this in the nicest way possible, but it sounds like you don’t know much about cancer staging, tumor profiles, gene mutations and adjuvant chemotherapy. There’s absolutely no way to deduce what stage cancer she has, based on the information we know.

I think she had a low stage cancer and snuck in a facelift in the past few months. Happy to repeat it a third time if need be.

What is a “low stage cancer”?

Apparently one that is bad enough to put you in a coma but also really rejuvenates you and is fake but you're also dead because your husband is having an affair due to your eating disorder.
