How do I find the discipline? What worked for you?

PP poster here. I just don’t understand why you have to register to get pricing and class schedule. That crap just drives me crazy. And the whole pushiness over the stupid heart monitors is beyond annoying.


Hmmm maybe this varies my studio? Our studio has the monthly schedule printed it up in case you don’t feel like looking at the app. They’re usually pretty transparent about pricing if you call and ask. I was annoyed I had to purchase the heart rate monitor because it seemed gimmicky but I LOVE it. Helps me push myself in a safe way and helps me gauge how my fitness is progressing. I mean, plenty of athletes use heart rate monitors/fit bits/apple watches.
