Best workouts if you hate working out

Me too. I have also done ballroom dancing with DH and it was a good workout, good for our marriage, and a blast.

If you sign up for Daily Burn (you can usually find a code for a free 30 days), they actually have an exercise plan for people with zero muscle tone. Ask me how I know

I did it last year and wish I had kept up but it is really good if you are serious and have no muscle tone (I didn't) and it eases you in for real to being able to work up to do any actual regular beginner workout.
