My poor 16 year old has never kissed a girl - the pandemic prevented him from socializing for so long and he’s quite shy. I imagine he will go to college a virgin. None of his friends have girlfriends either. So very different from my own adolescence in the 1980s.

This thread is funny. My teen is up all night watching anime and is pretty shy and nerdy. She is waaaay too busy worrying about puling in 4.0's and getting ready for robotic challenges. I cannot see her ever having sex. I guess one day she will though before she is 40.

True. That was my big awakening. I was not nerdy but very outgoing and sporty. But, I lived in the Bible belt and actually believed the bullshit.

Virgin until college going to college. Sophomore year I lost count. 12 that I can remember but I am sure missed a few. Ended college with 20+ partners. DH would be mortified!

ha ditto! did squeeze in one serious boyfriend sophomore year but then all hell broke loose after that. Good times LOL
