34 year old - trying to start jogging/running and shins are in pain!

Update for all.

I finally went to my gym and started running on the treadmill. I was able to run without pain and struggling for a whole 10 mins!! This has never happened to me before so I am so excited about this progress in running I have made. Looks like my powerwalks and sprints definitely helped build my stamina.
