Final Blow to GA

CCL still an option for A, B and C Skyline/SOCA teams. Skyline pool is huge--no problem filling team slots in multiple leagues... just like clubs 'round here do.

Skyline A teams (first teams, top teams, etc) for girls will not be in CCL. If there are age groups for the GA, they will be in the GA.
