When you truly don’t have time for exercise

This. Less sleep would mean more weight gain and poor performance at work would would lead to....more hours behind the desk.

Can you set calendar reminders to do
10 min exercise breaks, in the afternoon and the afternoon? Do planks, push up burpees, mountain climbers. Oh, and stretch. In the other 10 min, find a way to do cardio.
Start small-3-4x a week until it becomes second nature
