I switch the station or skip the track when his songs come on. He has a lot of fans and it is a serious disservice to say what he is saying. And I can't get past his affair (humiliate the spouse who managed your career and finances and stood by you when you were struggling so publicly) and his current statements. Californians voted to not recall their governor. I am sure they are ever so grateful that Mr. Aldean is advocating for their so-called rights. Please tell me what provision in the Constitution gives Americans the right to flout measures that are intended to protect public health.

This is why I find Luke Combs infinitely more attractive because he at least is not denying Covid.

According to an account on Instagram (I don't think it was deuxmoi, but I can't remember), the rumor around Nashville is that there's trouble in paradise with them (Brittany & Jason) and he's been cheating on her with groupies. There were multiple DMs sent to that account that were posted (anon of course) that provided firsthand and secondhand accounts that he has been cheating. Which is not surprising at all. A cheater cheating? Well, yep.

LeAnne Rimes never recovered from her cheating scandal and the Chicks have never recovered from badmouthing W. Seems like a double standard although Miranda Lambert does not seem to have suffered too much from serial homewrecking (Blake Shelton's first marriage, her own marriage with Shelton, Ryan Westbrook's, and Evan Felker's). But she is not scoring hits like Aldean is. I think he and his spouse are acting Trumpy because it gives them press. You gotta compete with the younger generation of country singers who are generally more progressive.

Anyone know why Aldean's concert in Illinois was cancelled? Maybe it was over Illinois' indoor mask mandate?

Yeah, neither are going anywhere anytime soon, especially Morgan wallen. His album and songs continue to be top of the charts. He’s talented and not going anywhere.
