Thoughts on a vacation home in VA Northern Neck?

It's a very *ahem* rural area. I would not feel comfortable there.

The area "downwind" of the plant changes constantly as the wind direction shifts. That said the prevailing summer breezes are out of the south and the east in the summer. Anything east or south of the plant will rarely be downwind and typically only briefly. We are on the Bay east of the plant and it is really a non-issue for us.
