I know adult twins named James (Jim) and John. Good, strong names.
I know 6 year old twins from another state named Jamie (not James) and Graham. |

This might be a first, OP...all your names are great!
Nonetheless, here are some others for your consideration: Joshua Thomas Andrew (Drew) Andrew (Drew) and Daniel (Danny) Joshua (Josh) and Noah |

These are all nice!
I love the name Graham, and I almost never hear it. James is very, very popular. So, I might replace James with something less traditional but still familiar. Colin, Liam, Theodore, Bennett I think Henry and Peter are my favorites from your list. But really, all nice! |
| All of your choices are good, I’d also consider Andrew, maybe Michael? Something more timeless. I don’t think graham fits as well. |

Peter and Henry are fabulous names, but they are both becoming quite trendy.
