They had a choice, and they showed the whole freaking thing. It's not all about the kids, it's also about how disrespectful it is to show, over and over, in slow motion, this poor guy's last few seconds.


I agree with this. It's an affront to a person's dignity to broadcast his last few moments of life, over and over for strangers the world over to gawk at. I watched it with great sadness and dismay, but I also felt like it was somehow intrusive to be watching his final seconds of life. I can't imagine how it makes the family feel to have that footage shown repeatedly. It should have been shown only to the investigators, and to the family, privately, if they wished to see it.
