I really, really hate this trend of protesting in front of someone's private residence....

I am going to guess that they assume he is White and therefore hates Go-go. For all I know, he might actually enjoy it.

This.

He doesn’t deserve a go-go concert.

Again, go-go music. Please understand local history.

How can you live in DC and not know what Go Go music is?

I’ve live here thirty years and hears that crap one time after I searched it up online. It is terrible.

Agree.
And if you do think this type of protest is ok, I don’t want to bear any whining when the demonstrators show up at your home or the home of someone of whom you approve.

Disagree. He accepted a high level public position and his decisions affect hundreds of millions of people. If he can’t stand the heat, he should not have accepted the position.

Disagree. This clearly crosses the line. Protest in front of his office, don't implicitly threaten his spouse and children.

Who is threatening someone’s spouse and children? Threat is different than discomfort. If he didn’t want to be shamed in front of his family, he should have made better life choices.

Do DeJoy's kids even live there? He and his wife are in their mid 60s, I'd expect their kids are out on their own now. "Don't threat his kids!" just feels like a knee jerk objection.

+1, I immediately disassociate with anyone who does it. It’s unethical. Forget what’s legally right. Threatening someone’s family is unethical. Go hang out in the dark ages or ancient China if that’s what you want to do.
